After installation these card backs can be found in "Holidays and Events/Valentine's Day" folder on Card Backs tab of Options dialog.

Download and run  folkartsetup.exe to install this set of card backs. Then start BVS Solitaire Collection and use Card Backs tab of Options dialog command to select these card backs. New card backs will be placed to Folk Art folder
