The rules
You can move cards from the stock to the foundations and tableau piles. There are no restrictions on placing cards from stock pile to the tableau piles. Only the top card of each pile is available for play on the Foundations. You can also move cards from one tableau pile to another, but with the following restrictions: You may build tableau piles down regardless of suit. Only one card at a time can be moved. Empty spaces can be filled with a King.

There is no redeal. The skill in this game is to decide which tableau pile to put each card in. You shouldn't block lower cards by higher ones, unless it is absolutely necessary.
