This solitaire uses 104 cards (2 decks). 8 cards (top) are the start row. There is a space for 8 foundations below the start row. The starter cards of each of the foundation piles must be one rank higher than the rank of the corresponding cards from the start row.

Eight tableau piles are placed below the foundations. 12 cards are dealt to each tableau pile at the start of the game.

The object of the game
To build the foundations up, regardless of suits, finishing each foundation with a card from the start row.

The rules
You should build foundations up regardless of suit. Only the top card of each tableau pile is available for play on the foundations. You cannot move cards between tableau piles.

When you have made all the moves initially available, click the empty stock pile to rearrange the cards in the first tableau pile in a special way, first dealing upon the empty tableau piles, and then dealing one card to each tableau pile until all the cards run out. This can be repeated for each of the 8 tableau piles in turn, making any available moves in between these re-arrangements.

There is no redeal.

The People's Game is very similar to Constitution.
